Lithium For Depression

Guests	Wondering if anyone else hear has had luck with this. I'm currently on Effexor XR 225mg, Wellbutrin XL 150mg, and Ambien and Trazadone for sleep. I recently had my effexor decreased over the past couple of months from 375mg to the 225mg because of leg twitches/RLS. I'm leary about taking lithium but would like to feel better than I do now which wouldn't take much. I only seem to be able to get a month or two of feeling half way normal and then I go back to feeling really depressed and not sleeping. any thoughts?
