As for Ovation's there were too many dosage issues with both meds for a good comparison. The immediate-release version gave her migraines, but she's able to tolerate the extended-release version with periods of melancholia and greater lack of motivation. Eventually she was able to figure out a dosing schedule with the immediate-release version that works for her.
