What is the best way to combat nasal congestion brought on by Seroquel? I take 50mg 3 times a day; wake, evening, bed. My nasal change during a typical day goes from runny nose early (usually, but not alaways) to severe blockage late (alomst always). Taking Sudafed PE Sinus & Allergy (10mg Phenylephrine HCL) equivalent, but it doesn't always provide the needed relief and have to take a spray ineach nostril of Afrin Severe Congestion (0.05% Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride), but must limit its use due to rebound affect after 3 days or so. Also battling dry mouth, feelings of labored swallowing when I lie doen to sleep ("feeling" because I just had an endoscopy and no physical signs of obstruction). Also having problem settling down to sleep affected by nasal congestion keeping me from using my CPAP (also have sleep apnea) and the aforementioned feeling of labored swallowing when I lie down to sleep.
