It really wasn't much to write home about. I had hip surgery, thank Zeus, which means my daily pain level is just about cut in half.
Pills still working. I had a panic attack for the first time in MONTHS on Sunday, and traced it to a spontaneous afternoon mocha. Apparently I must have - at most - two cups of coffee before 11am. No more.
Getting old sucks.
